All prices on this website are quoted in Australian Dollars. Once approval is received for payment Lifeline Brisbane will contact you and provide you with a username and password to access the site. Access will be declined at the conclusion of your purchased contract time, i.e. 3 days, 1 month or 1 year.

Refunds

You are entitled to a refund if the Community Resource Directory:

Does not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase; and/or
Does not do the job as you were led to believe.

You are not entitled to a refund if you:

simply change your mind or no longer want the Community Resource Directory;
realise you can't afford the Community Resource Directory;
were responsible for causing the fault.
